I passed the Project Management Institute - Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)® exam in May 2023 as a continuation in my Project, Program, and Portfolio Management journey. This was a personal goal to deepen my knowledge of Agile techniques including Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP and test-driven development .

I am a Salesforce Certified Associate and Business Analyst.  I have integrated Salesforce solutions within the public health, financial services, and higher education sectors, including Lightening, Marketing Cloud, Tableau CRM, Linvio, and Pardot. 

I am fluent in Spanish and am capable of conversing, authoring, presenting, and training technical materials and subject matters to non-English speaking teams and clients. I have worked on numerous projects involving teams in Latin America, Europe, and Asia where I can easily flex between timezones and use strategic, cross-cultural communication tactics.

I completed my Certified Scrum Master (CSM®) certification in May 2022 from Scrum Alliance and am an Agile evangelist.  I specialize in Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and Azure DevOps for Continuous Improvement, Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) modeling.

I became certified in Oracle Financials Cloud Business Process - Rel 2 in September 2023.  This was designed to expand my knowledge in the five financial business processes lifecycles: Invoice to Cash, Procure to Payment, Asset acquisition to retirement, Accounting Transformation, and Budget to Report.  

I have worked cross-functionally with Database Administrators (DBAs) and Data Scientists across numerous industries, familiarizing myself with Enterprise and Database architecture frameworks, Customer Data lakes, and Warehouses.

I am an Amazon Web Services (AWS) Certified Cloud Practitioner and an Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Certified Associate.  I am versed in solutions that scale according to business needs and utilize frameworks surrounding security, durability, reliability, efficiency and cost-effectiveness to optimize performance.

I became a Certified SAFe® 6 Agilist in 2023 to ground my understanding of Lean-Agile transformation, particularly through Agile Release Trains (ARTs), Product Increment Planning (PI) and building out an Agile portfolio/roadmap for businesses that align strategy with execution.

I completed my Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO®) course in July 2022. I am able to lead dispersed teams of full-stack software engineers using cross-cultural language skills among multiple time zones. 

I get energized from being involved in any form of testing (User Acceptance, Business Acceptance, Systems Integration, End-to-End, Conference Room Pilots, Smoke, and Quality Assurance), as well as Go-Live preparation, planning, and readiness. I am also well-versed in leading Pre-Production Readiness, Dress Rehearsals, Hypercare, Managed Services, and Lessons Learned sessions with all user groups.
